Shipping
We ship to Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Vietnam, and Qatar. Please note that taxes and customs/broker fees are not included. All prices are listed in TWD.
Please note that orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.
Once your order is confirmed, please allow 3-5 business days for processing before it is shipped. International deliveries, including to Taiwan and Singapore, usually take 7-14 business days, depending on the courier and customs procedures. Shipping charges for international orders are determined by the total item price, package weight, and destination.
The risk of loss and title for international shipments are transferred to you upon delivery to the carrier. If the carrier attempts delivery while you are unavailable, please make arrangements to receive your order.
*Please note that taxes and customs/broker fees are the responsibility of the recipient upon receiving the goods. Tax amounts are calculated based on the declared value of the shipment. This system, governed by the World Customs Organization (WCO), is subject to regular updates. In cases where taxes apply, shipment progress may experience delays due to customs clearance processing. Thank you for your understanding.
Business Days: Our business days are Monday through Friday. Please note that weekends and public holidays are not considered business days.
Order Processing: Once your order is placed, please allow 3-5 business days for order processing before it is shipped. During peak seasons or promotional periods, order processing may take slightly longer.
Transit Time: After your order has been processed and shipped, transit time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Standard shipping typically takes 7-14 business days, while expedited shipping may arrive sooner.
Return Policy
In compliance with hygiene standards, we are unable to accept returns for DAY ONE ORGANIC cosmetic products at this time.
Regarding damages, we kindly ask that you report any damages to your package within 3 days of receiving your parcel. Please attach any relevant photos or videos of damages when contacting us at help@dayoneorganic.co. Our team is dedicated to assisting you and resolving any concerns promptly.
Please note that we are unable to process returns in the following circumstances:
1. The time frame for requesting returns or exchanges has exceeded 3 days from receiving the product.
2. Products or their accompanying gifts (such as samples, travel sets, and promotional items) have been opened or used, or are missing. (Due to the nature of the products sold on the DAY ONE ORGANIC website, which are mostly personal consumable items, for hygiene reasons, returns cannot be processed once the product is opened.
Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it and before the shipping label has been printed, we'll gladly process a refund for you. Please note, a nominal cancellation fee of 4.00 USD will be applied to cover incurred surcharges. Once your parcel has been shipped, we're unable to accommodate cancellations.
Modify the shipping address for the order:
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, the shipping address cannot be changed. However, please contact us immediately, as there may still be options available if the order has not yet been transferred to the carrier or has entered any stage of the shipping process.
Taxes and Duties
IMPORTANT NOTICE, PLEASE READ BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER:
Please be aware that your order may be subject to taxes or duties imposed by customs and revenue authorities at your destination. These charges are not covered by DAY ONE ORGANIC. We kindly ask you to take responsibility for paying these fees. To ensure transparency, we recommend checking with your local post office or customs office to learn about potential customs fees. Please understand that these fees are mandatory and set by your government. In the event of refusal to pay customs or duties, your parcel may be disposed of, and DAY ONE ORGANIC cannot issue refunds in such cases. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Policy and Terms
When purchasing from DAY ONE ORGANIC, you are responsible for covering the original shipping charges, any applicable Customs Import fees and/or surcharges, as well as the cost of return shipping back to DAY ONE ORGANIC. This policy also applies to any shipments that are refused upon delivery.

Our products are exclusively sold through this website and are not available on any other platform or in-store. If you come across our products on other websites or social media profiles, please inform us immediately, as they are counterfeit items attempting to replicate DAY ONE ORGANIC.
